Refund and Returns Policy

At Ruck Tactical (a brand of Jifu LLC), we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items returned after the 30-day window will not be accepted.

2. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item shows signs of use, wear, damage, or is missing components.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@rucktactical.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the package.

Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value. Ruck Tactical is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items that show signs of use or damage

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing for you.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@rucktactical.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged or defective item, and a brief description of the issue.

We will review the situation and, at our discretion, offer a full refund (including return shipping costs) or a replacement. We may request that the item be returned for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@rucktactical.com.
