At RUCK Tactical, we stand behind every pack we build. If your gear fails due to a manufacturing defect within the first year, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Broken zippers, buckles, or stitching (normal wear excluded)
- Seam separation or fabric tearing under normal use
How to claim
Email us at support@rucktac.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will respond within 48 hours with a prepaid return label.
Note: This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
