At Ruck Tactical (a brand of Jifu LLC), we aim to deliver your orders promptly and reliably. Please read our Shipping Policy below for details on how we process and ship your purchases.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) on a business day may begin processing the following business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in China. Please take this into consideration when estimating delivery times, particularly for international destinations.

3. Shipping Rates and Options

We offer the following shipping options based on your location:

Within China

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 flat rate

International (Outside China)

  • Standard Shipping: $14.99
  • Express Shipping: $29.99
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $150.00 USD — automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Please note that these are not guaranteed delivery dates, and delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier system.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us at support@rucktactical.com.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges levied by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Customs policies vary widely by country, and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order. Ruck Tactical is not responsible for any delays caused by customs inspections or clearance processes.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, failure to pay customs fees, or other reasons), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If you no longer wish to receive the package, we will process a refund for the product cost less any shipping and handling fees incurred.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Ruck Tactical is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist you in the claims process — reach out to us at support@rucktactical.com.
